The Nuremberg Code at 75

A lookback at Nuremberg and its relevance today.

NOTE: It has been a while for me writing as I am doing my best to balance writing for this site and my other endeavors. Will try to put out more content soon.

Recently during the other weekend on August 20th, 2022 marked the 75th Anniversary of the Nuremberg Code and a commemoration was held on that day as well in Nuremberg itself. So it seems like a good time to understand the code and its significance.

The Nuremberg Code is the most, if not one of the most important legal documents in medical research ethics and ethics in general. The code revolves around 10 ethical principles with the main concept of all of them focusing on the informed and voluntary consent of the individual in ethical clinical research in which everyone most especially healthcare professionals must abide by.

And here is the Filipino (Tagalog) version for the Filipinos who would want to understand it or would want to spread the word and fight for their rights.

Nuremberg Code (Filipino Tagalog)

1. Ang kusang loob na pagpayag ng taong sasailalim sa pagsubok o eksperimento ay lubos na kailangan

2. Ang mga layunin ng pagsubok o eksperimento ay dapat magdulot ng mabuting bunga para sa lipunan

3. Ang pagsubok o eksperimento ay dapat nakabatay sa matatag na teorya at mga naunang pagsubok sa mga hayop

4. Ang pagsubok o eksperimento ay hindi dapat magdulot ng hindi kinakailangang paghihirap sa katawan man o sa isip

5. Walang pagsubok ang dapat hayaan isagawa, kung saan malubhang pinsala o kamatayan ang malamang na kahihinatnan

6. Ang antas ng posibilidad ng panganib ay hindi dapat hayaang humigit sa inaasahang pakinabang ng kalalabasan ng pagsubok

7. Kailangan ang wastong kapaligiran at pangangalaga sa mga lalahok sa pagsubok

8. Ang pagsubok o eksperimento ay maaari lamang isagawa ng mga tao na kwalipikado ayon sa mga pamantayang siyentipiko.

9. Ang mga taong sumali sa pagsubok ay dapat bigyang kalayaang itigil ang kanilang pakikilahok kailan man nila naisin.

10. Ang mga siyentipiko ay dapat maging handa na itigil ang pagsubok sa ano mang oras, kung ang pagpapatuloy ng pagsubok ay maaaring magdulot ng kapahamakan, pirming pinsala o kamatayan para sa taong sasailalim sa pagsubok.

The creation of the Nuremberg Code were a response to Nazi Germany’s war crimes back in World War II and these especially include hideous and unethical medical apartheid which includes Mustard Gas experiments, Typhus vaccine experiments, Euthanasia Programs & Mass sterilization, and many more.

Now, one would think that humanity would never reach such crimes against humanity levels as to what happened in World War II and that our institutions and all of society would abide by a simple code.

Unfortunately this is not the case…

Just a few of many examples with how medical apartheid still reigns supreme

The whole COVID regime fully exposed us to the unfortunate reality that we have not learned our lessons from history and the fact that we are doomed to repeat it. From vaccine injuries to uninformed consent censorship and misinformation, more victims are reported every day and it is not from the “virus” but from our own institutions that so many people have lost trust for at this point due to the gaslighting and the many more lies produced especially with the likes of Dr. Anthony Fauci and our major health institutions.

Despite all the lies and cognitive dissonance exposed, here in the Philippines, we still have a complaint government and the mandates especially on the kids that our institutions still impose. In addition, the Philippine government and our health institutions lied from the get-go to Filipinos still have the gall to do so with coercion and deceit in regards to the current health situation and in fact we are used as experiments by our own government which are ALL against the Nuremberg Code.

All these evidences yet the Philippine government would NOT stop this madness

During the 75th Nuremberg Code commemoration, Holocaust Survivor Vera Sharav stated this in her speech in regards to the state of the world during the COVID regime:

“This is the New Eugenics.
It is embraced by the most powerful global billionaire technocrats who gather at Davos: Big Tech, Big Pharma, the financial oligarchs, academics, government leaders & the military industrial complex. These megalomaniacs have paved the road to another Holocaust.

This time, the threat of genocide is Global in scale.

This time instead of Zyklon B gas, the weapons of mass destruction are genetically engineered injectable bioweapons masquerading as vaccines.

This time, there will be no rescuers. Unless All of Us Resist, Never Again is Now.”

I will conclude by saying this,

 When suspicious deaths and injuries keep rising and the fact a HOLOCAUST survivor passionately says something is VERY WRONG with all of this, something is DEFINITELY VERY WRONG.
