Former presidential adviser for entrepreneurship Joey Concepcion on Sunday appealed to the Department of Health (DOH) and the Health Technology Assessment Council (HTAC) to start the administration of the second COVID-19 booster vaccine dose to those aged 50 and above.
No law requiring booster shots needed – Bongbong Marcos
No law is needed to make booster shots mandatory, President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. said in a video uploaded on his official YouTube channel on Saturday.
“This need not really be made into a law because we are still free to choose for our own health,” Marcos said in Filipino.

NegOcc requires migrant sugarcane workers to submit vax cards
The Negros Occidental provincial government will require migrant sugarcane workers (MSWs) to submit a coronavirus virus disease 2019 (Covid-19) vaccination card or certificate when entering the province for the start of the new crop year in September.
Some 5,000 cane cutters, also known as “sacadas”, from Antique are employed every year in sugarcane plantations in Negros Occidental, the country’s top sugar-producing province.
Expiring jabs cost private sector P1.3B
THE Covid-19 vaccines that will expire by the end of July will cost the private sector more than P1.3 billion, Go Negosyo founder Jose Maria "Joey" Concepcion 3rd said on Thursday. In a statement, Concepcion said the P1.3 billion does not yet reflect the vaccines it donated to the government.
"We have to learn from this. I think what really contributed was the lack of clear rules on the vaccines: who is allowed to take the vaccines, and the ability of some bodies to move swiftly with science and the reality on the ground," he said.

Settling the Virus Debate w/ Dr. Tom Cowan and Dr. Mark Bailey
The “Settling The Virus Debate” Statement
Dr Tom Cowan and Dr Mark Bailey have announced the public release of our group's challenge to the virologists offering to meet them halfway in experimentally testing their techniques for any scientific validity. Many leading scientists have signed in support of us. Funding has been pledged for these experiments. Let's see if the virologists will take up our challenge.
There Is No SARS-Cov-2, There Is No Covid 19 And There Are No Variants
Virologist & Immunologist Dr. Poornima Wagh: “They found the same things we did. They didn’t find SARS Cov 2, they didn’t find the genome, they didn’t find anything. Nothing was found We called Robert Redfield, Director of the CDC to tell him the findings. He said ‘I don’t care what you found, just call it SARS-Cov-2’ We asked the CDC to send us a sample of the isolated virus. They said they didn’t have any, stopped answering our calls and then our lab was raided by the FBI.”
Settling the virus debate challenge from Dr. Sam Bailey- Steve Kirsch
They have a new challenge out. But they won't debate any of us, they won't tell me what I caught if it wasn't COVID, and they won't fund a qualified scientist who accepted their challenge. Stunning.
Thoughts on the Existence of Viruses and Evaluating Controversial Scientific Discussions
There has been a highly vocal minority of the anti-mandate movement that has argued the COVID-19 pandemic policies are flawed because they are based on the erroneous assumption that the virus exists in the first place. Because the catastrophic failures within the health establishment have greatly increased public skepticism towards “official” scientific positions, this message has gained a significant degree of traction. It is extremely important to remember that just because some scientific positions are wrong, this does not mean all scientific positions are wrong. My hope through sharing my thought process in analyzing this issue is that it can provide some insights into how we can all assess controversial and complex scientific issues.
Dr Tess Lawrie & Bev Turner Dismantle Dr Adalja’s COVID Vaccine Narrative
GBN’s Neil Oliver hosted a debate in regards to the COVID-19 vaccines between Dr. Tess Lawrie and Bev Turner and Dr. Adalja.
Stop the Shots- Canadian Covid Care Alliance
Before you allow your small child to be injected with a COVID-19 shot, stop, and do some research. You owe it to them to make sure you are not exposing them to an unacceptable risk, for little to no benefit.
Investigating trends in those who experience menstrual bleeding changes after SARS-CoV-2 vaccination
Early in 2021, many people began sharing that they experienced unexpected menstrual bleeding after SARS-CoV-2 inoculation. We investigated this emerging phenomenon of changed menstrual bleeding patterns among a convenience sample of currently and formerly menstruating people using a web-based survey. In this sample, 42% of people with regular menstrual cycles bled more heavily than usual, while 44% reported no change after being vaccinated. Among respondents who typically do not menstruate, 71% of people on long-acting reversible contraceptives, 39% of people on gender-affirming hormones, and 66% of postmenopausal people reported breakthrough bleeding. We found that increased/breakthrough bleeding was significantly associated with age, systemic vaccine side effects (fever and/or fatigue), history of pregnancy or birth, and ethnicity. Generally, changes to menstrual bleeding are not uncommon or dangerous, yet attention to these experiences is necessary to build trust in medicine.
Bacterial and fungal isolation from face masks under the COVID-19 pandemic
A study published in Nature shows what's already been known for decades: masks get quickly contaminated with pathogenic bacteria and fungi.
"The colony counts of face masks were higher in bacteria than fungi; the bacterial and fungal colony counts were higher on the face-side and outer-side, respectively. The longer duration of mask usage correlated with increases in the fungal colony counts but not the bacterial colony counts."
Germany to Re-Impose Mask Mandate in September Despite COVID Wave Already “Losing Momentum”

The WHO is now referring to their proposed "Pandemic Treaty" as the Convention, Agreement or other International Instrument (CAII) on pandemic prevention preparedness, response and recovery.
The Lockdowns Unearthed American Cultural Rot
Many who perceived Coronamania’s disconnection from reality withheld their opinion because they were afraid of being disliked. The desire for social approval shapes liberal behavior. The Emperors—Fauci, Birx and their cronies—clearly Wore No Clothes but zero liberals were willing to say so; it was the worst instance of groupthink in history.
Coronamania has shown, once again, that the minority is often right. Most Americans supported the lockdowns, masks, tests and vaxxes. None of these measures has helped. Each has caused much harm.
OUR MEDICAL SYSTEM IS NOT STRUCTURED FOR PREVENTION AND REVERSAL OF DISEASE.
“As a "recovering physician" post-indoctrination of the "pill for every problem" approach, I am now an outpatient doctor treating complex chronic illnesses. I am coming around to a new view on medicine and disease. Kostoff's piece here is brilliant.” - Pierre Kory, MD MPA
Has Pfizer Taken Over Our Health Policies?
§ The COVID-19 pandemic has been a real boon to Pfizer. Not only has it doubled Pfizer’s annual revenue, it has also given the drugmaker unique weight in determining U.S. health policy — something that concerns even staunch vaccine-pushers like Dr. Paul Offit
§ Pfizer’s revenue in 2021 was $81.3 billion — approximately double that of 2020 — and the COVID shot accounted for $36.78 billion of that
§ Pfizer’s COVID jab dominates 70% of the U.S. and European markets, and Paxlovid, its COVID drug, has become a standard treatment choice in hospitals. This despite findings showing the shot doesn’t prevent infection or transmission, and that Paxlovid causes severe rebound and supercharges mutations
§ The U.S. had thrown away 82.2 million expired COVID jab doses as of mid-May 2022, yet the Biden administration ordered another 105 million doses at the end of June 2022 for a fall booster campaign that will cost taxpayers $3.2 billion
§ Pfizer’s contracts are almost exclusively slanted in Pfizer’s favor. They’re guaranteed payment while having no financial liability for injuries and deaths, and it appears this indemnification applies even if they were to be found guilty of fraud
Big Pharma Gets Richer as American Taxpayers Foot the Bill, Twice
Now is an excellent time to reiterate that, for decades, U.S. taxpayers have funded the groundwork behind the COVID-19 gene therapy “vaccines.” Indeed, Americans have bankrolled billions to support vaccine technology research. And now, as COVID jabs are relentlessly promoted as the mechanism out of the pandemic, it certainly seems like American taxpayers are paying for them twice—once to fund the research and then again to buy back the publicly-bankrolled products. Do the products work, do people want them, and what constitutes a fair return for Americans on this substantial public investment? These questions are altogether ignored. Yet, as the Biden administration overlooks the welfare of U.S. taxpayers, the pandemic has enabled big pharma to realize unprecedented earnings.
Dr. Deborah Birx – who often appeared in front of COVID-19 task force briefings on behalf of the Trump administration – has admitted to doctoring data associated with the government’s response, as well as quietly altering the Centers for Disease Control advice without authorization, according to her own book.

Climate Change & Lockdowns:
President Biden Expected to Seize Emergency Powers with ‘Climate Crisis’ Announcement
The Biden administration is expected to seize ’emergency’ powers by the end of the week with an announcement that the ‘climate crisis’ demands immediate executive action. The Washington Post reported on the White House’s intention to invoke a national emergency over climate change.
“President Biden is considering declaring a national climate emergency as soon as this week as he seeks to salvage his environmental agenda in the wake of stalled talks on Capitol Hill, according to three people familiar with the matter who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss the private deliberations,” the Post reported.
Dutch Nitrogen Scientist Questions Basis of Government Climate Mandates
Jaap Hanekamp is skeptical of the received wisdom in science. He won’t stop asking a simple question: “But is this true?” When it comes to the Dutch government’s calculations of ammonia and nitrogen oxide deposition—the basis of climate mandates that would slash livestock numbers and put many farmers out of work—Hanekamp is especially critical of “the science.” He thinks it relies on vague definitions, excessive deference to expert judgment, and a narrow focus on costs rather than both costs and benefits.
Climate Change Dictates Are Self Destructive - But Also Part Of A Bigger Agenda
For many years we have been anticipating the implementation of far reaching and transformative restrictions on industry and agriculture in the name of “climate change” initiatives, and now it would seem the time has come for the fight to commence. The first major battleground is clearly Europe, as individual nations follow the emissions dictates if the centralized EU government, crushing their own economies while in the midst of a self induced energy crisis. It seems like madness, but there's a bigger agenda at play here.
The Global Temperature Record Says We’re in a “Climate Emergency”, It’s a Con
Official Government Data Shows an alarming rapid rise in temperature over 140 years. NASA offers a graph of global temperature for each year from 1880 to the present which shows that we are in a runaway warming trend that constitutes a “climate emergency.” It’s a statistical sleight of hand. The widely cited NASA global temperature graph is highly magnified and visually misleading. But that hasn’t stopped corporate media from using NASA’s data to inform their readers of a “climate emergency.”
Geopolitics & Economy:
Satellite Imagery Shows Global Crop Declines – Except For Russia And China

US fails to secure increase of OPEC oil output at Jeddah summit
Leaders from various Arab Gulf states, including Jordan, Iraq, Egypt, as well as US President Joe Biden gathered at the Jeddah Security and Development Summit in Saudi Arabia on 16 July.
Discussions focused on oil output levels, during which Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MbS) stated that oil output cannot at present increase any more than the current level of 12 million barrels per day.
The Centralization of Nations: What Does This Mean for You?
The majority of the populace living in the free nations remind me of stiff white bowling pins. They see the big black bowling ball of globalism hurling down on them, knowing it will eventually take them out in one strike, and yet they remain woefully willing to take on whatever dreadful fate it renders. I believe part of this apathy stems from their inability to grasp just how destructive that rolling globe will be to their lives once it knocks them over. If there is any chance of stopping this global takeover before the year 2030 bears down on us, the despondent “pins” of the world need a very honest dousing of reality on what sort of life awaits them.
The IMF and World Bank have for decades pushed a policy agenda based on cuts to public services, increases in taxes paid by the poorest and moves to undermine labour rights and protections.
IMF ‘structural adjustment’ policies have resulted in 52% of Africans lacking access to healthcare and 83% having no safety nets to fall back on if they lose their job or become sick. Even the IMF has shown that neoliberal policies fuel poverty and inequality.
Southeast Asian central banks eye linking payment systems
Southeast Asian central banks are targeting to link their payment systems within the year that will let people buy goods and services throughout the region by scanning QR codes.
Payments made through the system will use local-currency settlements between the countries, meaning payments transacted in Thailand using an Indonesian app would be directly exchanged between rupiah and baht, bypassing the need for US dollar as intermediary.

‘Washington needs to stop stealing Syrian oil’: Vladimir Putin
Russian President Vladimir Putin has called on the US government to stop its practice of looting Syria’s natural resources.
“We have common positions on the Euphrates River regarding the need for US forces to leave this land, and they must stop looting [from] the Syrian people by illegally extracting oil,” Putin said on 19 July during a press conference at the conclusion of a tripartite summit in Tehran.
In Eurasia, the War of Economic Corridors Is in Full Swing
The War of Economic Corridors is now proceeding full speed ahead, with the game-changing first cargo flow of goods from Russia to India via the International North South Transportation Corridor (INSTC) already in effect.
Very few, both in the east and west, are aware of how this actually has long been in the making: the Russia-Iran-India agreement for implementing a shorter and cheaper Eurasian trade route via the Caspian Sea (compared to the Suez Canal), was first signed in 2000, in the pre-9/11 era.
Chinese Premier Li Keqiang on Tuesday held virtual meeting with World Economic Forum (WEF) executive chairman Klaus Schwab at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, Xinhua News Agency reported. Global development is confronting uncertainties and instabilities at present, but the peaceful development of the world and the communication between countries are the same pursuits of everyone and in line with the global trend, Li stated.

New UK Hub To Develop Anti-Drone Laser Weapons As Ukraine War Fuels Demand
The defence and intelligence technology firm Raytheon UK said the war in Ukraine has highlighted the threat posed by drones.
“We’ve all seen that asymmetric threats like drones, rockets, artillery, and mortars are a serious problem, and demand is spiking for cost-effective lasers to defeat them,” said Michael Hofle, senior director of High Energy Lasers at Raytheon Intelligence and Space.
Experts expect high-energy lasers to make up as much as 30 percent of an air defence’s infrastructure in the future, said John Gallagher, managing director of weapons and sensors at Raytheon UK.

European-based ESG equity funds have been increasing their investments in energy companies, including Shell Plc, Repsol SA, Aker BP ASA and Neste Oyj, according to analysts at Bank of America Corp. About 6% of the funds invested in Shell this year, compared with none in 2021.

My Run In With The Thought Police
"For the last couple of years, I’ve been watching the censorship ratchet up across social media. Prominent voices are being silenced for speaking out against topics that go against the approved government/corporate narrative. Nowhere has this been more prevalent than with posts relating to covid. A number of brilliant scientists, doctors, reporters, and statisticians have been de-platformed simply for sharing information they have discovered.
It is apparent that many of these people, some with huge followings, were censored, shadowbanned, or even banned outright, despite the fact that they were posting verifiable truths.
There are even instances of organizations and publications like The American Heart Association and JAMA, one of America’s pre-eminent medical journals, that have been declared unsafe for publishing data illustrating the harms and ineffectiveness of the mRNA shots…
